Sleepyhollow is a detached house set in half an acre of land with nicely tended gardens and two paddocks. Dave and Lynn have converted the house to accomodate a couple requiring a double or two persons in a twin single room. They offer a very personal Bed & Breakfast package to the discerning tourist. Stay one night or longer for just Bed & Breakfast or expand your enjoyment by opting for 'Bed & Breakfast Plus'. They offer:

Standard Bed & Breakfast

  • A fully fitted double bedroom en-suite with large walk in shower, wash basin and toilet. The room is equiped with a  double bed, LCD T.V. and tea / coffee  making facility and overlooks the gardens,  paddocks and open country side to the rear of the house.
  • As above but a twin single with en-suite slipper bath, toilet and wash basin.
  • A visitors lounge complete with LCD T.V. and Broadband Computor.
  • A breakfast in the 'Full English' tradition. Wonderful sausages, farm fresh bacon and free range eggs together with tomatoes, mushrooms and beans. Want more or less, just say! Juice and cereals to begin, toast, jam and coffee or tea to finish. A hearty meal fit for a King to start your day in the proper style.

Bed & Breakfast Plus...

  • Situated in Lancashire in the North West of the country, many places of interest are easily reached within an hour and a half by car. Dave could be your chauffeur when you decide to venture. Day trips or overnighters are no problem. From the moment you arrive at Manchester airport until he drops you off again to catch your plane home, Dave will be at your disposal. Visit Manchester (1 hour), Liverpool (1 hour), historic Lancaster (45 min) visit Yorkshire and see the quaint stone villages that comprise this beautiful area of Britain. The English Lake District is just an hour and a half away whilst you can be in North Wales or Scotland within two hours. Want to see Stratford Upon Avon (Shakespeare country) and combine it with the fabulous Warwick Castle, no problem in just over two hours and take in the beautiful Cotswolds and see post card 'thatched cottage' England. A visit to Ireland is possible via ferry or plane overnight. London and beyond are overnighters. Spend the time enjoying the view, relaxing as you should on vacation, whilst Dave does the driving. Days out designed around your own particular ideas. What could be better?
  • You will travel in style in Dave's beautiful Renault 'Vel Satis' saloon. With a spacious and comfortable leather interior the world will whisk by; stop when you want, detour if your wish. Eat and drink when and where you fancy.
